Pape Automotive has been providing quality car care in Veneta, Oregon, since 2009. We are a family-owned business delivering honest and professional automotive repair and auto maintenance services to the people of Veneta and surrounding areas. Founder + Owner

My passion for cars started young, and by high school I was always under the hood working on vehicles. After earning my Automotive Technician Degree from Lane Community College, I worked at several dealerships, gaining valuable experience but feeling unsatisfied. I wanted to create something different—an automotive business built on transparency, quality repairs, and true community connection. In 2009, that drive became reality when I opened Pape Automotive. Since then, my focus has been on leading with pride and commitment, providing professional service, and continuously improving to give our customers the best care possible.

Owner + Marketing Manager

With a background in sales, customer service, and team management, I’ve been proud to be alongside my husband to help grow Pape Automotive into the trusted shop it is today. Over the years, my role has naturally evolved into marketing, fueled by a genuine passion for our community, our customers, and our family. I’m dedicated to sharing our story, building strong connections, and making sure our values of pride, transparency, and commitment shine through in everything we do.

Chad brings extensive experience in the automotive industry to the team he has more than 15 years of experience as a service advisor.

With over a decade of hands-on experience and deep industry knowledge, Andy serves as the Shop Foreman at Pape Automotive, leading our team with precision, professionalism, and pride. He holds an ASE Master Certification, along with advanced credentials in Engine Performance, Diagnostics, Hybrid Systems, Air Conditioning (609), and Light Diesel Repair. Andy plays a key role in overseeing complex diagnostics, mentoring fellow technicians, and ensuring that every repair meets our highest standards of quality.

Brian

Certified Automotive Technician

Brian brings over 17 years of experience in the automotive industry to the Pape Automotive team. He is Ford Master Certified, Mazda Senior Certified, and ASE Master Certified, giving him the expertise to handle a wide range of vehicles with precision and care.
Before joining Pape Automotive in November 2022, Brian served 6 years in the U.S. Army as a heavy mechanic, gaining valuable skills in discipline and problem-solving. He is a dedicated team member, combining technical expertise with a strong commitment to quality service.

Erick

Certified Diesel & Automotive Technician

With over 13 years of experience, Erick specializes in diesel engine repair while being highly skilled in all areas of automotive service. He is certified in GM Duramax, Chrysler Level 2, and 609 A/C, and is a graduate of the Lane Community College Diesel Technology program (2009–2011). Bilingual in English and Spanish, Erick connects with a wide range of customers to ensure clear communication and trusted service.

Logan

Technician Apprentice

Logan has been working on cars since age 12 and is currently completing his Associate’s Degree in Automotive Technology at Lane Community College. After Graduation, he’s focused on advancing his skills with the goal of becoming ASE Master Certified.

I suggest Pape include the shop supplies charge on their initial quotes so they reflect an accurate price.

So - After posting Jesse reached out to me and he cleared up the misunderstanding. It was due to a software problem. He was also kind enough to credit me the shop fees this onetime due to the incident.

As well as addressing the oil/filter change, an inspection was performed of the externals noting what needed repair/replaced as well as an internal inspection of the entire … More car operating system noting every fluid level, potential problem or concern on the entire vehicle. They even aired the tires! The report shows what systems are in good maintenance as well as what needs addressing. You can receive a report on their findings. They gave me a ride to my home and brought me back as it was required to leave the car there the entire day. Their attention to detail is precise; it does come with a very expensive price.
