I remember asking them if some of the things should be done before I moved as I was taking a fairly unfamiliar car home and they really could have leaned on me about getting everything done right away and they didn't. They told me what was crucial to be done right away and what could wait a little bit which is the basis for their entire diagnostic system.I even asked Brian "why would you hold off on putting in new plugs" and he told me the cost and that I could get through the trip with the ones I had I could see how honest they felt and it boosted my confidence.
