Super knowledgeable and friendly group. Bonus points is they’re a one stop shop so when you need suspension work and an alignment it stays in the same place.

  I had the flat by Les Schwab who said … More they had to replace the front right wheel bearing. Long story short, they installed the wheel bearing wrong and that caused more damage. The management at Les Schwab was not very accountable and only refunded me for the parts and labor after a huge hassle. However that is where Pape intervened and went above and beyond during all of this. They communicated great with Les Schwab about what was happening. They had me a car to drive while they fixed the issues that Les Schwab created. They were super straight forward and really worked with a tough situation they inherited from another mechanic that had made several errors. As I mentioned in a previous review, they are extremely professional, reasonably priced, knowledgeable and friendly. They also let me use a rental, free of charge, while my SUV is being fixed. Couldn't ask for a better mechanics! Love that it is a local, family owned business.

Their system of telling you what needs to be done is original, unique and super helpful. It simplifies everything. I remember asking them if some of the things should be done before I moved as I was taking a fairly unfamiliar car home and they really could have leaned on me about getting everything done right away and they didn't. They told me what was crucial to be done right away and what could wait a little bit which is the basis for their entire diagnostic system.I even asked Brian "why would you hold off on putting in new plugs" and he told me the cost and that I could get through the trip with the ones I had I could see how honest they felt and it boosted my confidence. I drove 3200 miles across the entire country by myself with a newer car I hadn't had for long time, during winter with potential terrible driving conditions as well as shorter days of daylight and with them in my corner I knew I was in good hands.   I suggest Pape include the shop supplies charge on their initial quotes so they reflect an accurate price.

They even aired the tires! The report shows what systems are in good maintenance as well as what needs addressing. You can receive a report on their findings.
